However, if you follow industry best practices and you use the latest security measures to protect your website you should be fine. I also help train my clients after a site build and show you what you need to be weary of when maintaining a website.
Yes, I offer several monthly maintenance plans so that you never have to worry about your website. I update the database, keep things organized, clean and safe from hackers. Shopify customers, you don’t need these kind of services due to their platform being proprietary. Only open source platforms like WordPress need maintenance.
That’s a great question. I believe it’s customer service. This industry is notorious for getting back to you in days and I’m not like that. I’m in tech, so I always have my phone in my hand and I’m always an hour email away or a call away. I also bring to the table 30 years in tech and I’m fully dedicated to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that meet your specific needs.
