Our Platinum Plan includes everything covered under the Titanium Plan, with advanced WooCommerce infrastructure support, staging environment management, hosting coordination, integration support, and maintenance of AI-powered applications. It’s designed for complex, high-volume WooCommerce websites that require ongoing technical oversight across multiple systems and service providers.
What’s Included
HPOS Migration & Validation
Assistance with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage migration, compatibility review, validation, and troubleshooting to help ensure your store and its integrations operate correctly with HPOS.
WooCommerce Session Analysis
Review and troubleshooting of WooCommerce session data when excessive sessions, database growth, cart behavior, or related issues affect website performance or reliability.
AI Application Support & Maintenance
Ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing AI-powered applications, integrations, or functionality operating as part of your website.
Escalating Bugs to Vendors
When an issue is determined to originate with a third-party plugin, service, or platform, we’ll work with the appropriate vendor to document, report, and help coordinate resolution of the issue.
Shipping Integration Support
Troubleshooting and support for existing WooCommerce shipping integrations, including issues involving rates, shipping methods, fulfillment connections, and communication with third-party shipping services.
Staging Environment Management
Management of your website’s staging environment for testing updates, troubleshooting issues, validating changes, and reducing risk before changes are deployed to production.
Hosting Support & Coordination
We’ll work directly with your hosting provider when server-level or hosting-related issues affect your website, including troubleshooting and coordinating with their technical support team when necessary.
What’s Not Included
The Platinum Plan provides our highest level of WordPress and WooCommerce maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical coordination. It does not include unlimited development, marketing services, or management of your broader business operations.
The following are not included:
- Complete website redesigns or new website development
- Development of major new features or applications
- Custom plugin or software development
- Large-scale content or product entry
- SEO services or ongoing SEO management
- Google Analytics (GA4) configuration or management
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration or management
- Google Search Console management
- Google Ads or other advertising platform management
- Conversion tracking or marketing campaign configuration
- Email marketing management
- Social media management
- Management of external CRM, ERP, accounting, inventory, fulfillment, or marketing platforms
- Third-party vendor fees, subscriptions, licenses, hosting fees, or premium software
- Development or modification of third-party software controlled by an outside vendor
- Resolution of outages or failures occurring entirely within a third-party provider’s infrastructure
- Major development projects outside the maintenance and support scope of the plan
Vendor coordination, hosting coordination, and third-party integration support cover investigation, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination. They do not guarantee that Serafin Designs can resolve an issue that requires changes to systems or software controlled by another provider.
If we identify an issue outside the scope of your plan while monitoring or maintaining your website, we may notify you as a courtesy. Notification of an issue does not mean that investigation, management, or remediation of an excluded service is included in your plan.
Additional Services
Work outside the scope of the Platinum Plan can be performed separately and may require an additional estimate or hourly billing.
Terms of Service
The Platinum Plan is subject to our Website Maintenance Terms of Service, which outlines the complete terms, responsibilities, limitations, and conditions associated with your maintenance service.
