Personal Data We Collect And Why We Collect It
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 3 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Reviews & Comments
When you leave a review on our site we collect the data shown in the review form and also the your IP address and browser agent string to help spam detection.
Log File Information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access our web page. We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of the Service, or special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in your account settings page. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. You may not opt out of Service-related emails.
Termination of Account
Following termination or deactivation of your User account, we may retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, we may retain and continue to use indefinitely all information (including User Content) contained in your communications to other Users or posted to public or semi-public areas of the Service after termination or deactivation of your User account.
We may use certain information about you and/or your User Content internally for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.
Deactivation of Account
Due to new privacy laws as well as GDPR Compliance, accounts that go inactive for 12 months or more will automatically be deleted by our system. That goes for both customer accounts and Pro MUA accounts. All your saved information and reward points will automatically be deleted and cannot be retrieved. You will need to register again for another account if you have trouble signing in.
Note that our online store and our email marketing program are two separate platforms. They do not handle deactivations with one another. You still may receive a newsletter from us but not have an active HD Member account.
How We Share Your Information
As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.

We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Serafin Designs or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes to the functionality of Serafin Designs’s distributors, such as social networks. We are not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party service.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from Serafin Designs, at all times.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Service, in which case Serafin Designs may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your account settings page. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Members. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on Serafin Designs. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We accept payments through First Data & PayPal. When processing payments some of your data will be passed to these payment processors. Including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total, your name, address, email and billing information.
