Purple Tree is a photography brand based out of Toronto Canada. The crew called on Jane Johnson Design to rebrand an older site they were running. I really think this design Jane came up with is amazing. From the paper like background to the fonts. She really did a great job.

Furthermore, I built a custom theme options panel based on Option Tree. I also created several page templates and a custom contact form for the contact page that connects thru the options panel.

The website has changed some since first building it. It’s funny, I was doing some SEO research when I came across a video by Sam Oh from Ahrefs on Youtube and notice during his video he was using stats for Purple Tree and how it ranks and so forth. I was presently surprised to see to this day that my code was holding up well to SEO requirements.

The site is fully responsive. We also used Visual Composer by WPBakery to add some elements here and there. I really gave the client everything they could need to manage the website themselves. Custom gallery page templates were created based on Jane’s design. Something that at the time Visual Composer couldn’t offer. Actually VC wasn’t even around.
