Our Silver Plan provides the essential maintenance your WordPress website needs to stay secure, updated, optimized, and online. We handle the routine technical maintenance behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about keeping WordPress, your plugins, themes, and database maintained.
What’s Included
Real-Time Uptime Monitoring
Your website is continuously monitored for availability. If your website becomes inaccessible, we’ll be alerted so we can investigate the issue.
Security Scans
Routine security scans help identify malware, suspicious files, vulnerabilities, and other potential security issues affecting your WordPress installation.
Database Optimization
Your WordPress database is periodically cleaned and optimized to remove unnecessary data and help maintain database performance.
WordPress Core Updates
WordPress core updates are reviewed and applied as part of your ongoing maintenance.
Plugin & Theme Updates
Installed plugins and themes are routinely reviewed and updated. We also monitor for compatibility issues that may occur as a result of an update.
Reporting
You’ll receive maintenance reporting detailing the work performed on your website as part of your plan.
What’s Not Included
The Silver Plan covers WordPress website maintenance, not ongoing development, marketing, analytics, or management of third-party platforms.
The following are not included:
- Website design or redesign
- New page or feature development
- Custom coding or functionality
- Content additions or changes
- Product additions or catalog management
- SEO services or ongoing SEO management
- Google Analytics (GA4) configuration, troubleshooting, or management
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration, troubleshooting, or management
- Google Search Console management
- Google Ads or other advertising platform management
- Conversion tracking or marketing campaign configuration
- Email marketing platform management
- Social media management
- Third-party software or service configuration
- Hosting, DNS, or email administration unless specifically included under a separate agreement
- Premium plugin, theme, software, or third-party service licensing
- Development or repairs required because of changes made by the client or another third party
If we identify an issue outside the scope of your plan while monitoring or maintaining your website, we may notify you as a courtesy. Notification of an issue does not mean that investigation, management, or remediation of an excluded service is included in your plan.
Additional Services
Work outside the scope of the Silver Plan can be performed separately and may require an additional estimate or hourly billing.
Terms of Service
The Silver Plan is subject to our Website Maintenance Terms of Service, which outlines the complete terms, responsibilities, limitations, and conditions associated with your maintenance service.
