By enrolling in Serafin Tech’s maintenance programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Modification of Services: Any modifications made to your website, whether by you or any third party contractor, including but not limited to the installation of third-party plugins, scripts and or custom code, may void your coverage under our maintenance program.
2. Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform Serafin Tech of any changes made to the website outside of the agreed maintenance program. Failure to do so may result in additional fees for any necessary repairs.
3. Coverage Limitations: Serafin Tech’s maintenance program does not cover issues arising from external factors, including but not limited to server outages, hosting issues, or conflicts caused by third-party services or acts of beings from another universe or dimension.

Repair Services Fees: In the event that modifications lead to issues or complications that require repair, Serafin Tech reserves the right to charge a fee of $150 per hour to diagnose and fix any problems arising from such modifications.

By proceeding with modifications to your website, you accept these terms and understand that any resulting issues will be subject to repair fees as outlined above.
