WooCommerce Core Updates
WooCommerce core updates are reviewed and applied with attention to compatibility with your existing theme, plugins, and store configuration.
WooCommerce Infrastructure Monitoring
Key components of your WooCommerce environment are monitored for issues that could affect store operation, performance, orders, or customers.
Action Scheduler Cleanup
WooCommerce Action Scheduler activity is periodically reviewed and excessive completed, failed, or unnecessary scheduled actions may be cleaned up to help maintain database performance.
Webhook Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Existing WooCommerce webhooks are monitored and troubleshooting is provided when webhook failures or delivery issues are identified.

Priority assistance is provided for critical website issues such as outages, checkout failures, payment problems, security incidents, and other issues significantly affecting normal store operation.
What’s Not Included
The Titanium Plan provides advanced WordPress and WooCommerce maintenance, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting. It does not include unlimited development or management of marketing and external business platforms.
The following are not included:
- Website redesigns or new website development
- Development of new features or custom functionality
- Major theme or plugin modifications
- Custom plugin development
- Large-scale content or product entry
- SEO services or ongoing SEO management
- Google Analytics (GA4) configuration or management
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration or management
- Google Search Console management
- Google Ads or other advertising platform management
- Conversion tracking or marketing campaign configuration
- Email marketing management
- Social media management
- Management of external marketing, CRM, ERP, accounting, fulfillment, or business platforms
- Development or modification of third-party APIs or integrations
- Third-party vendor fees, subscriptions, licenses, or premium software
- Issues originating entirely within a third-party provider’s infrastructure or service
- Work outside the existing website or WooCommerce configuration that requires new development
If we identify an issue outside the scope of your plan while monitoring or maintaining your website, we may notify you as a courtesy. Notification of an issue does not mean that investigation, management, or remediation of an excluded service is included in your plan.
Additional Services
Work outside the scope of the Titanium Plan can be performed separately and may require an additional estimate or hourly billing.
Terms of Service
The Titanium Plan is subject to our Website Maintenance Terms of Service, which outlines the complete terms, responsibilities, limitations, and conditions associated with your maintenance service.
