Each maintenance plan builds on the one before it. Silver covers essential WordPress maintenance, Chromium adds WooCommerce support, backups, troubleshooting, and help desk time, Titanium adds advanced WooCommerce monitoring, security, payment, and integration support, and Platinum adds deeper infrastructure, staging, hosting, vendor, and advanced application support.
You can review the full scope of each plan before signing up.
Silver is best for standard WordPress websites that need routine updates, monitoring, security scans, database optimization, and reporting.
Chromium is better suited for WooCommerce websites or sites that need more hands-on troubleshooting and support.
Titanium is designed for active WooCommerce stores that rely heavily on checkout, payments, integrations, security, and uptime.
Platinum is intended for more complex or high-volume WooCommerce environments that require advanced infrastructure support, staging management, hosting coordination, vendor escalation, and ongoing technical oversight.
Maintenance plans are intended to maintain and support your existing website. New features, redesigns, custom development, major functionality changes, large-scale content work, and other project-based development are not included unless specifically stated in your plan.
Additional work can be quoted separately or billed at the applicable hourly rate with prior approval.
We monitor covered websites for availability and investigate issues that fall within the scope of your maintenance plan.
If an update causes a problem, we may roll back the affected change and troubleshoot the issue. Higher-tier plans also include additional support for critical WooCommerce, checkout, payment, security, hosting, and integration-related issues.
Response priority and the level of troubleshooting provided depend on your selected plan.
Hosting fees are not included with our maintenance plans unless they are part of a separate agreement.
Backup coverage depends on your plan. We verify that an appropriate recovery point is available before performing updates, while dedicated off-site backup management is included only with plans that specifically list it.
Platinum plans also include hosting support and coordination when hosting-related issues affect the website.

Yes. If your website’s needs change, your maintenance plan can be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
For example, a growing WooCommerce store may eventually require more advanced monitoring, troubleshooting, security, or infrastructure support than a lower-tier plan provides.
